We are a small, independent business, highly focussed on participants and their families. This helps to connect you and your family with the community. Through conversation and consultation with you and your family circle, we can provide individually tailored support to assist with the learning of valuable life and social skills as expressed in your NDIS goals. Our team offers one-on-one support and different programs to join. Our unique business approach aims to build community and support networks around you, in a way that works for you.
What does Creating Community provide:
One on One Supports
We can provide one on one supports in your home or
in the Community. We ensure we review and work with our participants and
families working towards their Goals.
This includes tailoring support workers to match the needs of our
participants, their interests, goals and abilities.
With many local connections within our community
our one to one supports can work with our participants to attend individually tailored
day option programs and attend other events with our support.
Our team has significant experience in providing
specialised Short Term Accommodation options specifically tailored to each
participant and family.
